To attend Officer and General Club Meetings for two 2 weeks following their retirement, and attempt to help smooth the transition. To assume or delegate the Duties of any absent and unproxied Officer or Officers. To announce any and all upcoming General Club Meetings, Elections. Duties of the Ambassador Vice President To fill in and or proxy for the President whenever they are not present. Overseeing both the Roleplaying and the Board Games Communities. To act as the liaison with the Club and the Alumni.
To lead Mediation between Members of the Club in an impartial manner. Duties of the Dragon Treasurer To authorize and instruct Members who qualify for disbursements through the process of claiming their funds by Student Senate by-laws.
To carry out any and all pre-approved reimbursements from the Chess and Games account including prizes for tournaments. To head all fundraising efforts of the Club. To have the aforementioned notes available upon request. To issue memos at least once per week. Duties of the Voice Public Relations Coordinator To serve as the primary source of outreach to the rest of the Cornell College at large.
To coordinate with the Wizard concerning electronic outreach. To maintain and place more posters informing the campus about the Club and any events that it is putting on.
To coordinate with the Voice concerning electronic outreach. To represent the Club on any and all matters electronic in nature. To keep the game cabinet available to Standard Members. To head the effort to purchase new games each year. To oversee the various Committees and ensure that they are upholding their Charter as in Article X. To assist Committees and proposed Committees with reaching their interested audience.
To be able to fill any Officer position with the exceptions of President and Scribe, if there is a Legalist, should anything occur. Duties of the Legalist To lead any activities that involve this Constitution, especially revisions and rewriting. To make an honest effort to help anyone that would like to propose an amendment to this Constitution as per Article XII. To head any and all Removal proceedings. To head any Trial brought to action.
To communicate to anyone with questions concerning matters outlined within the Constitution. To be able to fill the Scribe position should anything occur. Article V: Voting Each Vote may take place only after it has been announced by the President at least one 1 week prior. Only Active Members may Vote, so long as they are present. Any Vote resulting in an inconclusive result will be decided via runoffs, with the least voted for item being dropped until a winner is determined.
If a Vote on two 2 items results in a tie, the President will cast the deciding Vote. While Voting everyone, except the President and Scribe, will obscure their vision so as to not be able to see other Active Members Votes. The President will work with the Scribe, who will record the results, to count the Votes, should the Vote directly impact either Officer, the next Officer in line will take their place Archivist, Legalist, Ambassador.
He will be an RA again next school year, and will work as a lifeguard this upcoming summer. Jeremy mildly enjoys math, but excels in Excel and forming organized lists is one of his deep unrealized passions. If elected Dragon he will keep the money and dole it out as seen fit by both the budget that he is currently helping to make and his love of gold hording that will become more apparent along with his wings and ability to breath fire, after his transformation surgery has been completed.

I care about this club a lot and I will do anything we need to in order to make it better. I have some ideas about how to make board games a little more accessible on weekends, and about getting people to actually play the games. That being said, Connor, please teach me how to do your job. Storage is math, right?
I work in the library and thus can keep closer tabs on our closet of games in addition to our assets in the cages. I want to be elected as voice because this club has been an awesome part of my time here at Cornell, and I want to see the club grow. Anime voted on at the end of every block!
