We were told we had to be at the shop Tuesday when they open on a first come first serve basis. We arrived around am with 5 other hopeful play station customers ahead of us. Just after 9 am the EB store representative came out and said "are you here for the play station 5? Again we questioned her about this, she said "it's not my fault". Surely the response should have been more professional, there were not only 1 but 6 disappointed customers and all she could say was "not my fault".
My question is how can they tell customers that we can't order online, we can't pay a deposit for one nor pay it in full before it arrives as it is a first come first serve basis only and then they go sell them online.
The ludicrous thing though is today they said if we want we can pay a dollar deposit today for the next delivery, but she has no idea when that would be. I am a very unhappy disappointed customer - Very interesting that some can get their hands on play station 5's at the shop price and see them on eBay for almost double in some cases, how is it that some can find play station 5's and some can't!!! It is my opinion of late, that all the staff at EB Games Maryborough are always helpful.
It is also my opinion, that a negative view or experience, are usually due to his or hers own actions. Poor service! Ridiculous Prices!
